Dr. Hartman is a co-founder of OVMoD and is the current co-president of the board. She is an Associate Professor of Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Ohio University and brings over 20 years of experience in curriculum design, implementation, and knowledge of best teaching practices to OVMoD’s board. She remembers fondly the many years she spent as a public school classroom teacher and relishes the time she still spends in K-12 classrooms. Dr. Hartman has a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction and a Ph.D. in Teaching, Curriculum & Learning both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
